Ideal for checking Spray Nozzle Orifice Discs in the Spray Drying Industry, Printed Circuit Boards in the Electronics Industry and numerous applications in the Plastics and Polymer Industry. The KWIK CHECK GAUGE is a high precision instrument capable of producing readings in the blink of an eye to within 0.0005” or 0.01mm.

imperial and metric…
The KAITE KWIK CHECK GAUGE is available in both Imperial (inch), and metric (millimetre). This removes the need to convert your readings into a figure suitable for your plant.
For each version of the KWIK CHECK GAUGE, there are 2 sizes available. The 100 / 100m and 200 / 200m. Our 100 models have a measuring range of 0.010” (0.25mm) to 0.100” (2.5mm). The 200 models have a measuring range of 0.100” (2.5mm) to 0.200” (5.0mm).

Over time and with excessive use, the KWIK CHECK GAUGE may start to show signs of wear and tear. Whether the unit has been mistreated, dropped, or simply had a tough life, KAITE can offer a full refurbish and calibration service. Simply send the unit back to us and we will see what work is required!
