Metal free anti-seize 500gr,
Metal free anti-seize F.G.
Special "food grade certified" lubricant with non metallic particles able to stand up to high temperatures, high pressures and chemical agents. Makes the assembly and dismantling of metal couplings easier, protects against corrosion, lubricates and seals. Specifically designed for food plants.
- Metal free
- For use on all metals
- Does not carbonize
- Efficient up to 1450°C
- Protects against corrosion
- Meets F.D.A. requirements
For all metals including stainless steel
SEALTEK®'s metal free anti-seize F.G. is made of a synthetic based lubricant combined with special non metallic micronized particles plus EP and anticorrosion additives in suspension.
This compound, once applied on any kind of static metal coupling, will seal and protect it, prevent seizing and self-welding even if submitted to high temperatures, high pressure or severe chemical attacks. You can treat any metal with it but it is essential for stainless steel which is well known for its seizing tendency.
In damp environments too
SEALTEK®'s metal free anti-seize F.G. is an absolute must for applications in humidity saturated atmospheres or where there are jets of fresh or salt water thanks to its powerful anti-corrosion additives, highly efficient sealing action and its synthetic components which are not washed away by fresh or sea water.
For difficult applications on food or pharmaceutical plants
Thanks to its extremely refined and pure components, the metal-free anti seize F.G. can be used on food or pharmaceutical plants, with possibility of direct contact also, without any problem. This has been tested and certified from an Independent Laboratory.
